A Little History
We have taken great pleasure in watching the travel industry change around us over the years. Since setting up our first agency in 1992, we are now proud to have over 350 family members.
Originally set up to offer those who were passionate about travel, but had no formal training, the opportunity to set up their own agency; it quickly became evident that travel professionals wanted to join us too, and who could blame them!
We strive for results for ourselves and for our agents. Along with creating and supplying holidays for 56,000 passengers, each year our members report an increase of sales year on year, customer retention and the excellent ability to compete. And all of this wouldn’t be achieved without the valuable support we love to give them.
Travel Agent Revolution
In recent years we have seen a transformation in travel agents with the emergence of low cost airlines, enabling agents to take accommodation from our database of over 200,000 hotels and apartments worldwide, and add a flight to make a fully bonded package holiday using the Group ATOL licence.
We are now our own biggest supplier, meaning that unlike other travel groups, we are not reliant upon anyone in order to compete in a market worth over £68.5 billion annually.
We are proud to be one of the largest independent travel groups in the UK which offers full bonding and a cast iron customer guarantee.
